Phased Roadmap (2025–2026)
Phase 1｜Technical Foundation & Testnet Alpha
Timeframe: Q2–Q3 2025 Goal: Build PopChain core infrastructure and validate on-chain behavior models. Key Tasks:
Launch PopChain Testnet Alpha with basic smart contract deployment and transactions.
Roll out ContentBase (content verification) and BehaviorTrack (behavior tracking) modules.
Release PopScan V1 blockchain explorer supporting transactions, contracts, and NFT queries.
Initiate developer testing program with smart contract template library (NFTs, incentive contracts).
Preview version of PopBridge with simulated cross-chain operations.
Coordinate ecosystem integration: Pop Social on-chain behavior, BETV video verification.
Launch creator incentive campaigns (Watch-to-Earn, behavior-based points).
Phase 2｜Beta Testnet + Mainnet Dry Run
Timeframe: Q4 2025 Goal: Optimize performance and verify cross-chain value transfer capabilities. Key Tasks:
Launch PopChain Testnet Beta with higher TPS and lower gas fees.
Release PopScan V2 with behavior graph and reputation score visualization.
Test PopBridge multi-chain connectivity (ETH, BNB Chain, Arbitrum).

Open creator registration and content NFT minting.
Support on-chain logic for behavior mining, tipping, and content revenue sharing.
Launch PopBridge Mainnet with ETH, BNB, and USDC cross-chain support.
Go live with PopSwap Mainnet, enabling trading of PPT, PUSD, and creator points.
Launch PopDAO governance, with initial community proposals.
Initiate ecosystem application fund to promote BETV, PunkVerse, and more.
Phase 4｜AI Integration & Layer2 Research
